The Department of Organization, Workforce, and Leadership Studies (OWLS) prepares students for workplace success.

We accomplish this mission through an accelerated, applied, undergraduate degree-completion program and graduate programs, including working with students who seek a non-traditional approach in completing a degree. In addition, we value discovery and understanding and accomplish this mission through research and service.

Featured News: 2025 ACCEYSS Summit

The Power of One: Bridging Pathways to Expand STEM Workforce Access for Youth and Students,” embodies the impact of people and initiatives aimed at cultivating historically underrepresented youth’s postsecondary academic and career readiness by empowering them to explore the world of  STEM. The Summit will provide faith and community leaders with connections and resources to build capacity to alleviate poverty among underserved youth and adults and to equip them to obtain career opportunities in STEM, thus narrowing the STEM equity gap.

Registration is required to attend.
